hope is deceitful
it offers lies as truth
very few are realised
hope traps people in vain pursuits
leading to greater disillusionments in life
hope is distorting
it makes what is genuinely ugly and bad in life
appear no more than a temporary screen
for what is beautiful and good
its a cheaply purchased endlessly renewable commodity
that prolongs the torment of men

so why hope? and suffer the agony and pain.
but its too late...
